Specific answers to your questions are below:
Do you charge for delivery?
We charge a $7.99 flat fee for all home delivery orders.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a $49 minimum for all home delivery orders.
When/Where do you deliver?
Our grocery home delivery service is available Monday through Saturday by 7am to Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and El Segundo. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Can I choose my delivery day?
During checkout, you will be asked to choose a delivery date. The default is “Tomorrow,” but you can choose any day up to a week in the future.
Is there a cutoff time for next day delivery?
The cutoff time for “Tomorrow,” or next day delivery, is midnight.
What if I order after midnight?
If you place an order after midnight marked for “Tomorrow,” it will be delivered on the next available delivery day. Grow does not deliver on Sunday.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
You do not need to be home, or sign anything. We will place your secured delivery bins on your doorstep before 7am on your delivery day.
Why do you only deliver in the morning?
Great question! We were overwhelmingly informed by our customers that getting their groceries delivered before they started their day was, by far, their preferred delivery time.
How do I know that my order is the same quality as the store?
The people who manage our buying and stock GROW’s shelves are the same people who put together your orders. And before your order leaves the store our delivery manager, Bobby, makes sure everything is up to our standards. He makes sure you only get the best!
Is my bin secure that early in the morning?
We secure every bin with a tear away zip tie. If you receive a delivery without a zip tie, or with an altered zip tie, please inform us immediately.
How long will my order stay good sitting on my porch?
Each of our delivery bins is lined with a custom made, insulated liner that we had designed to keep your order fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery. We also include ice packs, when needed, to further ensure freshness.
What do I do with my delivery bins when I’ve emptied them?
We ask that you please place the emptied bins where we left them by midnight on your delivery day. We’ll pick them up early the following morning.
What is your return policy?
GROW has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with an item you’ve purchased, please email Bobby at firstname.lastname@example.org and he’ll take care of any issues.
What if there is an item missing from my order?
We stock GROW fresh every day. And while we make every effort to fulfill your order 100%, occasionally we will be out of something. We will take those items off your order, and you will not be charged. We will also make note of any changes to your order on the shipping email that we send, or on the invoice included in your order.
What is GROW’s stance on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)?
As of January 1st, 2013, GROW refuses any new items into the store that have, or could potentially have, GMOs. Additionally, as of August 1st, 2013, we have labeled all existing products that may potentially have GM ingredients.
We keep a book at the register of all letters from suppliers stating their GMO policy.
